TIME TO RIDE TIPS
1)Check your battery ... Did you keep it charged???
2)Check your tire air pressure!!! Don't just pull out your bike and ride. Tires lose air in cold weather & can go beyond safe riding specs. This can lead to wobbles and pushing in the corners. ie Handles bad ... SO CHECK THE AIR!!!
3)Get some fresh gas ... Get some fresh gas in the tank, highest rating possible - at least over 92 rating
4)Check you fluid levels ... Must be warm! Start the bike up, ride it for 5 minutes, then let idle for 30 seconds, then shut it off to check oil. Checking oil cold is not the right way because oil can sump in engine thus seem low & when you add it will be over filled and blow excess oil out the air cleaner. Then you will call Tom worrying about oil leaking...
5)Do a good walk around, check air cleaner for bugs & pipes for critters. Mice like to hide in tail pipes and store dog food, so check before starting up.
Just a couple of quick tips ... See you soon and don't forget appointments everyday, except Sunday, at 9am and 1pm. Call ahead so you get your spot!!! Also while you wait service is everday, except Sunday from 9am-2pm, first come first served after appointments ... no electrical or running conditions for while you wait & no services over 3 hours. As Always you can just drop her off to get looked over too
