"A few months ago I dropped off my motorcycle for insurance work. Joe determined the bike to be totalled. However he went over the estimate with me, in great detail to determine the major cosmetic issues needing replacement. Each and everytime I've called to check on the status of my motorcycle, Bob has been very willing to assist me by answering my every query. When something on the invoice did not make sense, Bob did not say he didn't know, he looked deeper and found out an answer. He was always friendly and courteous- never rushed or bothered by my calls. When I received a call that my bike was ready, I responded to the shop and sped away on it, when I got home I found an cosmetic item that had not been replaced. I immediately took it back to BIG and was greeted by Tom. I advised Tom of the issue and he informed me that the afforementioned item was omitted from the parts list. Nevertheless Tom, scrambled the store looking for the necessary part, to no avail. Tom assured me the part would be ordered and installed at no charge. Tom invited me to continue to enjoy the weather on my bike or leave it in the shop. Additionally, he offered to have it delivered to my home at no charge once the work was done. This level of customer service from Joe, Tom, Bob, and other's (whose names escape me) has left me in shock, and wonderment. I was treated by your staff as though I had known them all for years. I was treated as if my business was the only business they had, and they desperately wanted to keep it. Most importantly, it was all very genuine. I appreciate this and I will inform all of my fellow riders, and coworkers that BIG Motorsports' customer service is the best around."

"Picked up a nail in rear tire on sunday, called tues. morning. I told the serviceman that i would like to bring my bike that evening but couldn't make it there before they closed at 6:00. He told me that he would wait until i got there. i would never have got that kind of service from bob schultz. got my bike back the next evening. keep up the great work, your service and sales department are the best."

"Dear Mr. Brad Holzhauer,
This letter is to say thank you, for the very professional motorcycle store you own. I recently purchased a new Suzuki RM 85L from your store in St.Charles. I was referred to your store by: at the time a layed off employee of yours named Damon (parts dept). Damon sent me to a salesperson named Gary Wood. Gary was Great! Gary found me an out of stock motorcycle through a dealer search. He even called me on his day off to let me know that he located just what I was looking for. One of your drivers went to pick up this new motorcycle on Friday. My son who was excited as well as impatient wanted to go riding on Saturday. The driver returned about 6:45pm. We were there waiting. The smile on my son's face was priceless. Gary Wood said "we may have to wait till Saturday to pick the motorcycle up because it needed to be prepped (serviced)." He said "let me see what I can do." He spoke with Bob Parker in service. Together they unloaded the motorcycle and pushed it to the service department, where three mechanics all together, went over every nut and bolt on the motorcycle. Adding oil and gas as well. They made sure that the motorcycle was perfect. They were even wiping it down with spray polish. My son Scotty and I watched with smiles as they worked till nearly 7:30pm on a Friday night of all things. Especially when the store closed at 7:00pm. Scotty and I did go riding all weekend and had so much fun. I am saving to buy another motorcycle from your shop at the time. I thought you should know that my purchase from your shop was very professional on your employees part as well as enjoyable on my part. You have some very good and professional employees. Thank you all Very Much!"

"I bougt my 2007 650 vstar new from the other dealer that was there. was treated pretty badly with bob shultz, especially when it came to service. The new owner has changed all that. You guys are GREAT. note to other riders: if you own a 650 vstar, keep watch over you clutch handle free play. It was a costly mistake on my end. However, since you can trust the mechanics here I will bring it in more often to have my bike checked out.Keep up the good work, nothing but praise for the new owner and his crew"

"Just want to say how much nicer the place is since you took over. The building is much nicer, more open and more 'customer friendly'. The staff always treats me with respect and helps me out with whatever I need. I bought a defective item a few months back and it was replaced quickly and easily. The sales person even called me to apologize because they had to order it in and it would take a few days. I am so thankful to have such a great shop so close to home. :)"

"WHEN i PART MY NEW 650 VSTAR CLASSIC, IT WAS FROM THE OTHER OWNER. SOMETIMES THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS AN OUTCAST,BECAUSE I BOUGHT A METRIC BIKE. SINCE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND JUST ONE OF THE GUYS THAT LOVES TO BE ON TWO WHEELS. I CAME IN THIS PAST SATURDAY 5-9-09 TO HAVE MY NEW TIRES RE-BALLANCED BECAUSE THE STICKY WEIGHTS CAME OFF. "I have to say how impressed I am with everything that has transpired between us with regards to my purchase. As I'm sure you can understand, buying anything expensive sight-unseen is a risk and this pre-owned Sportster was no exception - especially since it's my first Harley. That said, I just want to tell you how much I appreciate how easy you made everything. You had answers to all of my questions, contact back and forth was great, you were particularly honest with the autcion listing description, your dealership provided keys and correct, complete paperwork in record time, and the price was more than fair.
