Also purchased some whip lights from another source, took them over to Big St. Charles Motorsports, and they installed them as well, All modifications well very well done to My satisfaction. Also had an issue with the door popping open on the machine, called and it was taken care of in 1 day. All staff that I had dealings with were very professional and courteous. For me, the true measure of any business is the people that work there. I recently switched from being a long-time Harley rider (40 years_ to purchasing my first Indian, a 2022 Pursuit Dark Horse Limited, Premium package. I will admit that I was very nervous about making this change, but I did want to try something new. I must throw kudos where they are due. My salesman, Brad Sabol was instrumental in getting me to consider at least looking at the Indian brand. From the first ride of a Challenger, which it took him about a year to get me to ride, I was now seriously considering making the move. He knew that I was interested in a Road Glide style bike and when they announced the introduction of the Pursuit, he called me and said, this is the bike for you! After all of my indecisiveness about making the brand change, I was finally convinced that this should be my next bike. The great thing about Brad was the fact that he never pressured me, was VERY honest about setting delivery time expectations (longer than I wanted but at the end of the day, his time frame was dead on!), and he kept me in the loop during the entire process. From getting extra parts ordered, to updates from his end on production, shipping, and finally to delivery. I could go on and on about the many other things he did that made this purchase experience really stand out, but suffice it to say, if you are in the market for a new bike, Bir St. Charles was top-notch, and again, I must point out that 90% of my positive experience was Brad - look him up!

I did the deal over the phone give them a down payment fill out the application it was super easy. I was a little unsure about it to be honest but Sam hook me up with a good deal sent me a picture of it all washed up and gassed up ready to go that made me feel better about the deal.

i had stopped in at Big St Charles Motorsports 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months, the itch to replace my long gone motorcycle was pushing me to look for another, Honda had dicontinued my style of motorcycle in 2006 and i wasnt sure if i wanted to buy used, so i was just shopping, hoping to find a replacement i could live with, lol not easy to replace what you actually want. the salesmen were always very helpful, and even tried finding a close match from the new models, even if they had to send me to another dealer they were helping me to find what i wanted. the last day i stopped in because my wife had already planned a ride vacation for us so i knew it was time to find a bike as you know renting one is almost as much as buying one. anyhow the day i stopped in they actually had 2 2006 honda vtx 1300 cc motorcycles, and they just werent set up or in the shape of my old beauty, then the salesmen said, you know, have you ever seen a Honda stateline 1300cc its pretty close and i happen to have one over here. soon as i seen the bike, it was what i had been looking for. i got financed on site and drove my bike home that day, within 2 hours. the accessories consultant is working with me and found all the accessories i want and needed. before i left they cleaned and waxed my bike and filled the tank for me, i will always be a customer of Big St Charles motorsports.

Excellent price on KTM 390 Duke. Excellent salesman Ryan B. who values customer service. All employees were friendly. Big Motorsports delivered my motorcycle 4 1/2 hours away for free! Now thats customer service!!! The next bike I buy is from Big Motor sports/HD.

i bought a can am spyder from big and they were really great to deal with , they did everyting they said they would and more .

I stopped to look but ended up buying as you can trade across brands, they have it all. They worked really hard to work with me and delivered my bike all the way to KC!!! The finance office was a no pressure experience. My bike arrived exactly as promised.

I called to get pricing on a YFZ50 for my 4 year old son. By the time the phone call was over they had beaten all other competitors pricing and said they would have it prepared and ready for pickup by the time I drove there from work. When I arrived all I had to do was sign a few papers and when I walked out the door the staff already had it loaded in my truck. Now that is what I call speedy sales and service. Everything was just as promised too. No extra fees or additional charges.
